Be Courageous


Why must we be so weak? Why must we be so shy? So scared? So worried about what others think? why must we always fear the worst out of people? Why must we always fear rejection? Fear failure? Fear misery? Fear others laughing at us? The reason I have found is because we let satan influence us..even when we don’t know it. Even when we don’t expect it. Even when we don’t invite it. We may think we are free from it but we are never free from it. He will always be there. Always tempting us. Always trying us. That is why we are here on this earth. That is why our savior  died for us.  So when we fall into these temptations  we have a way to make it back to where we need to be. My friends, family, fellow brothers and dear sisters. Please do not fear anything. Especially what the world thinks. What others think when you make the right choices. Don’t fear what they think about your great choices. Don’t fear the rejection of man. Only God. Don’t fear the worst out of everyone. There is hope for all mankind. Don’t fear failure. We will slip no matter what we do. But keep fighting. Don’t fear misery. That’s what satan wants you to fear cause fear is what satan controls. Be courageous. Be strong. Be full of love. Be full of goodness. You have it in you. I know you do. You have the ability to be honest. To make great choices. To serve others. To become righteous sons and daughters of God. He loves you. He wants you to be happy. And He is the only thing we should fear. But in a more humble way. In a way that shows respect towards him. That shows we know He is creator of all things. Father of all of us. He loves us all individually. He wants us all to be happy. He wants us all to succeed in our lifes. He wants us to be courageous. He wants us to fight for whats right in this day and age of so much wrong. He wants us to become the righteous sons and daughters of God that we all know we can be. It takes just a little effort. It is so simple. Please walk uprightly before God. Be courageous. Don’t let sin rule your lifes. Instead rule your lifes so sin is not in your life. Make the great choices you know to make. Sacrifice for your God. He gave you everything. And continues to give you everything. You owe it to Him to serve Him and to strive to be more like Him and to make those choices you know you should make. Love is there. Hope is there. Strength is there. Courage is there. Peace is there. Faith is there. Happiness, joy are there. Fight for it. Its right there. Eternal glory is there. All you have to do is make the choices you know to make. Just do it. Fight for it. Strive for it. Be the sons and daughters of God you were set out to be. Be as great as you can be. I love you all. I desire that for you. Cause I know the joy that is possible. No I am not perfect. Not near perfect. But I know the joy the happiness the love the strength the hope the courage the peace the faith that comes from making the choices God wants us to make..no the choices God COMMANDS us to make. When we covenant with God..we need to hold up our end of the Covenant if we expect God to hold up His end. The thing is though..He still blesses us even when we don’t earn it. Cause He loves us. So lets earn it. Lets fight for whats right. Lets become Chosen. I love you all. I know we all can do it. It just takes a little effort. Just do it.

How Can Communication Affect the Flow of Work in an Organization The Importance of Communication Communication within an organization is critical for work flow.   Poor communication causes confusion, and chaos. When there is great communication, things run smoothly and efficiently.   There are many instances where effective communication can make or break the flow of work.
