                How do we bring peace, equality, and fairness to a world ran by those concerned with power, money, and influence? How do we stop the violence and anger towards each other? How do we prevent this world from falling into chaos? Love is strange. Love is hard. Love cannot be understood or measured. Or can it be?   How do you know its love? How do you know that you love someone, or something? What if you can’t love? “Hurt people hurt people” This is true, though not right. It is a phrase used by people to justify retaliation. It is a phrase used to justify the actions of those involved in heartbreak. These actions and retaliations should not be justified. Heartbreak happens in this life. Pain comes, but it also goes. As much as pain sucks, it is unfortunately a part of our existence as human beings. The real struggle with pain is learning to let it go. Learning to cope with, and process all that has happened.  Some may say it takes time, but in reality, it takes the courage to look inward and face the demons you want to avoid.  It takes the ability to stare down what has caused so much pain.  It takes the ability to work through it all, without stopping, and to understand that how you respond to the pain, is key.  If we respond in negative ways, we will turn out to be bitter. How Can Communication Affect the Flow of Work in an Organization The Importance of Communication Communication within an organization is critical for work flow.   Poor communication causes confusion, and chaos. When there is great communication, things run smoothly and efficiently.   There are many instances where effective communication can make or break the flow of work. I have provided a basic flowchart for communication in a production environment as this is the best representation I can think of. Please see below for said flow chart.
