Talking To Myself

Some days are good.  Some are bad.  But everyday you should just remember that.  Everyone isn’t against you behind your back.  You should know that you are worthy of more than that.  You know your friends are there for you.  You know the ones who care for you.  You know that you will make it through.  So why think you are worthless to them.  Why think you cant be cool when, all your friends are there for you and it doesn’t matter if you think through it and make that decision that you are stupid.  Your not.  Your smart.  Your funny, and have a big heart.  You stand up against wrong for right.  You know how to prevent a fight.  You know you can make things right.  You know you will be up all night worried about their fight with life.  You worry about how they might need some comfort something to lift them up from this pain this strife.  You inspire you make smile you believe all the while you see them cry a little you make it dry a little by wiping those tears from their eyes and smile.  You know how to be so gentle so mild.  You know how to ease those worries those piles of problems they face everyday.  You know the way.  You know how to make their day.  You know how to keep them from going astray.  You are Tony.  You are just okay.  Satan is bugging you.  Push him away.  You cant seem to make it through a day when he doesn’t bug you and you push him away.  There are times you struggle times you strive.  There are times its hard to do what is right.  You end up doing it no matter the fight.  You end up always paying the price.  You are there for everyone always.  You are a lover and you have been since the old days.  You are gentle loving and humble always.  You never like to make any one have bad days.  You don’t judge on any occasion.  You know what it feels like for a bad reputation.  You know how people add to the frustration.  Yet you still always strive to make them.  As happy as they can be and yet they cant ever learn to show you the appreciation they have for you and that’s just okay.  You know the way.  You know the path.  You know how to get back.  From the place you don’t want them to ever experience in their life.  You know when its time to give them advice.  You are a true friend so why cry.  Why feel the pain inside.  Why worry about why they don’t seem to love you and they always seem to lie to your face about how they feel about you and your life.  You know that’s not right.  You know they don’t lie.  You know they try.  You know better than to believe these lies that satan throws at you all the time.  Leave it behind.  Make yourself happy and move on with life.  Its just that time to make yourself right.  You work harder on others and now its your time.  Do it for a while and you will be alright.  Trust me I have been here our whole life.  Be happy.  Don’t strife.

How Can Communication Affect the Flow of Work in an Organization The Importance of Communication Communication within an organization is critical for work flow.   Poor communication causes confusion, and chaos. When there is great communication, things run smoothly and efficiently.   There are many instances where effective communication can make or break the flow of work.
