Would you?

You say you like me. You say im cute. You say you want me. Well is it true? if i were ugly would you feel the same? if i had no arms would you stay? if i were to lost an eye, if i were to have to crush my nose. If i were to lose my leg. If i were to be an egg, soft brittle and useless..would you stay? is it true that you like me for me? is it true that you say im sweet and mean it? or do you say these things for my looks, my talents are good but come on lets be real. Do you like me for me. Not for my looks. Do you like me because im kind. Do you like me because i have a strong mind. Do you like me because im true. Do you like me because im like you. Do you like me for me. Or do you just like me for what you see. Do you like me for my talents. my gifts from God and my great balance between worldly things and eternal perspectives. Or do you like me for what you see. Would you stay if i looked different. Would you say these things were different if i had no face. If i drew the short stick in this race. if i lost my limbs would you say you like me for me? or would you walk away? I ask these things to have you check and see if you are looking at me or within me. I see so many great people everyday that have so many great things..yet you stay away. I see so many people who i would say are talented great and know the right way. The way to the savior the way to joy. Yet all i see is you walking away. So think of this the next to you say hey. Cause i look within you for the good things God gave.  So next to we speak i hope you know. Its not looks its not talents its the golden personalities. It is what Heavenly father gave. The things that matter the things that stay. Its the spiritual things these things are great. This is not about one person. Its about the perspective see? its about what i see in you and what you see in me. Its more deep more worried some. Its something all should think about. There are a few rhymes in this poem. But it doesnt matter does it? its the message you see. Its not about me. Its about how you view things. Its about being in the world not of it you see? its about doing this eternity thing the right way you see. It isnt about my looks but the perspective i see. Would you turn down another for this? for looks? would you keep the gospel from them cause of looks? would you keep the things you believe away from GODS CHILDREN when you see that they are not gorgeous they are not pretty. They are not handsome they are not witty. They are not skinny nor lean nor fine nor nice nor clean. They or not what you want them to be. Would you keep the gospel from them cause of these things? or would you share it no matter the cost. no matter their looks not matter their loss's. Would you speak with them and be their friends. Or would you say 'i cant be seen in public with them!!' check yourself quick and become more spoken. Show your gifts to them dont keep them as your own token! share the gospel with ALL mankind. No matter the size no matter their crime. All deserve this gospel true. They all need a friend JUST LIKE YOU! so share these blessings with them quick. Become a friend. And remember this. As long as you have the right perspective. Your life will be blessed with more than you expected! its about serving those around. Not selfishly caring for yourself. Remember these things i end this now. I pray for you that you will see me as Christ will!

How Can Communication Affect the Flow of Work in an Organization The Importance of Communication Communication within an organization is critical for work flow.   Poor communication causes confusion, and chaos. When there is great communication, things run smoothly and efficiently.   There are many instances where effective communication can make or break the flow of work.
